If you are having difficulty with downloads, installation or operation, please leave word by telephone or preferably by email at Support@fostersystems.com. We will make arrangements to help you get started.

Beginning with Release 1.9.8 you must update to ASCOM platform Version 6.0 to take full advantage of the updates. if you have not done that until now; this is important for Windows Vista and Windows 7 PC's. Keep in mind that we have tested the Prolific driver that we have posted on this site. The drivers are changing rapidly because of Windows 7 (and its changes). We'll let you know if there's a driver change that you should accept.

This is a free server for private use. FTP servers are useful in remote observation to upload your images safely and securely. Please conform to the requirements of this server's licensing. One caution.... Web enabled robot software scanners constantly attempt to invade your server for nefarious purposes. ALWAYS use a long userid and password, and DO NOT allow anonymous logins.
