AstroMC Prime Power Monitor
Product Description
This handy device monitors your observatory's Prime Power and in connection with the AMC-100 or AMC-100s, this device signals ASCOM connected equipment and software (e.g. ACP) that the observatory is now operating on back-up power.
This allows ACP to shutdown scripts in progress and initiate a Shutdown script to park the scope safely and close the dome or roof. No more loss of alignment!
There is a built-in delay of 1 minute to account for the frequent momentary outages... a must in rural areas.
Requires that you have a back-up power system (e.g. APC power protector) and AC-100 or AC-100s.
